Life at The Spinney

The care my mother has had at The Spinney has been excellent. Staff are thorough and professional whilst remaining unfailingly caring and loving. As relatives, we are made to feel welcome and comfortable and have been involved in all decisions and delivery of care.

A lovely care home with wonderful staff. We could not be happier with how they are looking after my Aunt.

My mother has received excellent care from all the staff. The home puts on a variety of events for both residents and family and tries to get everyone involved. We cannot praise them all too highly.

Mum has been in The Spinney for a year now. The home is beautifully clean, there are lots of wonderful carers who are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The place has been really made to make you feel at home.

The care that mum has received since day one has been exceptional. Every member of staff is so professional and friendly and it really is like a big family. Mum is a fussy eater but the kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure that Mum enjoys each meal. The staff also make me and the family so welcome when we visit.

Excellent care and attention to detail. Fantastic range of food. Spotlessly clean. Engaging activities and professional entertainment. Outstanding care staff and wonderful management. A real home-from-home service. 10/10!
