Providing peace of mind for family and residents
At The Spinney, nothing makes us happier than hearing that we have given a family back their peace of mind, knowing that their loved one is safe and happy in our care. In order to give the best possible service, we use a variety of ways to regularly gather feedback from our residents and those closest to them. We listen intently to respondents in our anonymous annual survey. This feedback is deeply valued and used to continually improve our care.
This is the heartwarming response to our 2021 survey.
Compassionate, personalised care
Our skilled team receives on-going training and support so they can provide the quality, compassionate care that residents deserve. 100% of residents said that our team knows their needs and preferences well, and 100% of family members felt that staff provide the care that residents need.

100% of families said that residents are treated with kindness and compassion, and 9 out of 10 would be happy to recommend The Spinney to a friend. One family member commented: “Not only do you care for our loved ones but us too, by the quality of your care.”
A happy home
Our team works hard to deliver a varied schedule of meaningful activities that encourage friendships and connections, which 100% of family and friends agreed makes our home a happy place. Safety during Covid-19
