Colouring can stimulate brain activity and improve motor skills. Research has Shown that that colouring can reduce stress, anxiety, improve mood, and provide a sense of accomplishment 🤗✨💛 #carebase #chingford #CareHomeActivities #CareHomeLife

We can be quite an arty, crafty, bunch at The Spinney 😁 We had such fun together recreating Van Goghs Sunflower painting 🌻 which has been framed and given pride of place in one of our dining rooms 🎨 Also we had a lovely afternoon making Spring flower wreaths 🌸 using card and paper flowers 💐 Creative Minds Waltham Forest #carebase #chingford #CareHomeActivities #CareHomeLife
